As CEO, you have overall responsibility for driving, developing, and future-proofing the company. You will lead the ongoing operations according to the board's instructions, owner directives, and the vision "HÖ Allbygg - the obvious choice". You will become a key player in shaping and leading the new growth strategy towards our strategic goals. You report to the board and are supported by approximately 80-100 competent and engaged employees with both good experience and a belief in the future. The organization includes site managers, project managers, foremen, engineers, and staff in estimation, procurement, finance, administration, and, of course, our essential skilled workers.

You will have the opportunity to:

We are looking for you if you are a strategic and present leader with experience in driving growth and managing operations. You have a strong commercial vein, good financial understanding, and a genuine interest in developing both the business and the employees.

You likely have:

• Substantial experience in leadership with overall responsibility
• Experience in sales, business development, and market engagement
• Good financial understanding and a habit of working towards goals and results
• A secure, trust-based, and communicative leadership style that creates engagement and participation

Experience from the construction and civil engineering industry is an asset, but we value your ability to develop the business, build relationships, and create trust above all.

It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
